Rapidly learn. The most effective teams, of course, are those constantly learn. Strive. And improve. Designers can help take the team back through the journey, recounting the steps where good decisions had been made, and where the team should act differently next time.

STEP BACKGROUND
From the onset of this project, each team anticipated that the responsibility for updating and maintaining print and digital materials would shift to an internal communications group at Via Motif. Careful steps were taken throughout the brand development process to communicate to key staff how future steps should be taken.

Most of this communication dealt with a reiterating of the initial goals and objectives. This understanding enabled team members to see solutions in the broader context that they were created.

STEP OUTCOME
A style guide was created to illustrate the way the brand was applied to print and digital applications. It was carefully crafted to creatively inspire future communications team members within the established framework.
