STEP BACKGROUND
This step was to engage a printer and paper company to partner in the donation of their services. Helikon pulled in a print management company who, in turn, pulled in Dome Printing in Sacramento. Tharp elicited support from Sappi, the paper company.

STEP OUTCOME
Everything was then in place and ready to go.
